Slack Triage Assistant
Reports to ATLAS · Chief of Staff · Leadership
Priority routing and triage for Slack messages. Scans channels and DMs, categorizes by urgency, generates daily digests, drafts responses, and searches conversations. Triggers on: 'slack triage', 'slack digest', 'what's happening on slack', 'summarize slack', 'summarize #channel', 'what did I miss in slack', 'any urgent slack messages', 'catch me up on this thread', 'find the slack message about', 'draft a slack reply', 'send a slack message at', 'schedule slack message', 'slack priority scan', 'urgent slack', or any request to scan, prioritize, summarize, search, or respond to Slack messages. Does NOT trigger for outbound communication cadence — route to comms-cadence for that. Does NOT trigger for general message drafting without Slack context — route to comms-cadence.

It arrives generic, then becomes yours. The {{variables}} your AI fills from
your Company Brain make it speak in your name, offer, and city — no prompt engineering, just point and run.
- Fill the variables from your brain. Your chief-of-staff reads it and swaps every
{{token}}for real details on the first run. Here, that's{{OWNER_NAME}}(your name). - Tweak the steps to fit how you work. Download the
.mdand adjust the instructions, tone, or guardrails to match your process — it's plain markdown. - Re-run it. Drop your edited copy into
~/.claude/skills/(or rerun through the OS). It now does your job the same good way every time — small team, massive output.
