The ATLAS Cascade — guided install of an AI Chief of Staff onto the canonical Company Brain Atlas Folder. Walks the user through 5 sequenced phases (Atlas Folder → Tune → Link → Activate → Specialize) and ends with ATLAS (their Chief of Staff) plus one goal-matched department head — ACE, NOVA, SUNNY, IRIS, OLLIE, or SAGE — hired and working inside a live Company Brain Atlas Folder (soul.md, company-brain.md, root CLAUDE.md, Company/, AI-Team/, Daily-Notes). This is THE first-run entry point — the one thing a new member runs to get set up.
