Give the company brain a second home it can't lose. The Atlas Folder holds the operator's most sensitive context, yet it lives on one machine, one account, no browsable map, no copy — one crash from gone. Extends `agentic-os-atlas-folder-setup`: confirms the Atlas structure, then mirrors it into an Obsidian vault so the brain is linkable, searchable, and recoverable, on a backup cadence you set. Read-then-sync only — additive and versioned, never overwriting the source of truth. Because the mirror arrived as a third-party plugin touching the most sensitive folder you own, it vets that plugin before anything installs.
