Install the owner's Company Brain Atlas Folder — the home for their AI company brain — as a plain local folder Claude Code reads and writes directly, so every other AOS skill can read it. Local-first by default: no cloud account, no connector, nothing to authorize — it works instantly in Claude Code. Then a progression you choose, never required: point Obsidian at the same folder to see the brain as linked notes; graduate to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive later when sharing is needed. Takes them from 'I have nothing in there' to a clean Company Brain Atlas Folder (soul.md, company-brain.md, Company/, AI-Team/) the AI reads front-door-first.
